Amazing customer service from start to finish. Have never spoken on the phone with a better company; your recordings are so fun and don’t mind being on hold and it’s always a quick hold. All of the customer service agents are some among the best I’ve interacted with, across all companies. My husband and I have both used 1800 JUNK before and Troy and Antone took our customer experience to another level. They were courteous, quick, and were beyond helpful. They deserve to be employees of the year! They’re that good!
