Troy and DeAnglo are very professional and considerate. Troy called as promised and was able to pick up our furniture with DeAnglo by making room in their truck. DeAngelo jumped in the back of the truck and moved other junk around to make room and Troy used the sledgehammer to break apart the furniture. Troy carried the large sofa pieces out and handed them to DeAnglo. They worked together and treated each other with respect. Both men asked for permission to break apart the sofas and I felt like they knew that these pieces were to be handed down to other family members that did not value the solid oak construction. It hurt them to break apart nice furniture. They cleaned up any debris and left with a friendly thank you for our business. We have lots of junk and we will call for Troy and DeAngelo again.

Guys were on time, professional, friendly and efficient. They moved my stuff onto their truck in a jiffy, cleaned up after themselves, and respectful of the rest of my home i.e. not marking up the walls, etc. I will not hesitate to call 1-800-Junk if the need arises again. Bravo!

Troy and Taylor were wonderful! Troy called to give us an ETA, and they showed up well within that time-frame. Troy also gave me an estimate of costs, and the final cost was right in that range, so no unexpected expenses.
