Juan and Ruben came to pick up items from my house today. They were both extremely pleasant, and made quick work of collecting both trash and recyclables. They were personable, worked with smiles, and dispayed a quality work ethic. Having used 1-800-Got-Junk before, I could not be more pleased with this company or its employees. They've been routinely easy to schedule with flawless communication and service throughout. They are easily my first Go-To for this kind of service. Thank you!!

This is the second review of 1 eight hundred Got Junk. Connor and Taylor were the names of the new team. My first review is also could apply to this second team very well. As I recall, I stated that the team then had great work ethic with a well-conveyed can-do attitude. I concluded that the company is hiring good associates which seems to be true of this second team. As amazing as this may seem, I called at 1:19 pm on Saturday 11Sep2021 to find out from the phone clerk that he could send a truck by 2 pm! Due my night shift working wife, I asked him to move it to 5 pm which is my wife’s normal wake-up time. Connor and Taylor arrived twenty minutes early, for that they apologized profusely. It worked out since my wife woke up early. I forgot the clerk’s name, but he was very good and professional. I must emphasize: ALL THIS HAPPENED THAT SAME DAY!! I had a situation where I needed to get rid of two twin sized box springs from the bottom of a king-sized bed. They lifted that massive mattress and the box springs disappeared just like your commercials. This was done with not even a flicker of a complaint. Thank you for providing me with excellent customer service!

The quickness , I call them and they arrived in 20 minutes and completed the Jon quickly.

They came within the time window. They gave me a price quickly. They were polite and personable. I would recommend them to my friends. The only caveat would be to wait until you have a pretty good stack of stuff to be picked up.
