I gave a 9 because the person taking my order over the phone messed up the pick-up information. I definitely said a Saturday date, but she scheduled it for a Sunday date. It got cleared up by the men who were able to get my items. The 2 men picking up my items were very professional and well-dressed

I was very happy with being able to schedule same day service for removal of a 1/2 wooden wine barrel filled with dirt from my patio. There is no gate in the 5’ fence around the patio. Thus, technician Mike G. had to walk through the living room with the bags of dirt. He was was very careful and not a speck of dirt dropped on the living room floor. He also was friendly and mindful of sweeping up the patio area where the barrel had been.
