I gave a 9 because the person taking my order over the phone messed up the pick-up information. I definitely said a Saturday date, but she scheduled it for a Sunday date. It got cleared up by the men who were able to get my items. The 2 men picking up my items were very professional and well-dressed

justin was very proffesional he didnt bait and switch the customer he gave accurate times of when he would arrive justin kept all his eta and instead of 20 it only took 10 and he did more then what was asked and he made the customer feel happy and and the people who handled the phone calls where super polite
