I have this weird thing about not believing in perfection. Anyway, the two guys you sent arrived outside the window of time I was quoted, but, since that may have been because I missed their 12 noon phone call to me, I won't hold it against you. I was actually surprised at how friendly the two guys were......they clearly get it when it comes to giving good customer service......who very quickly took away the junk I wanted taken away.
