John and Mike were awesome! Great communication, very nice and friendly, and they were quick and efficient. Oh, and they swept the driveway before they left. They know customer service! It was very refreshing!

i was a little skeptical after selecting my appointment to get my couch and nightstand removed from my apartment by this company, and almost cancelled. i’m extremely glad i didn’t. Tim & Mike G. were AMAZINGGG. incredibly kind and helpful plus they gave me a discount for the delay. i originally asked for a 12p — 2p slot. they kept me updated from 11am to their final arrival of 5pm about their ETA. Mike G. and Tim felt bad about pushing it back so late so i received a discount. these two men deserve raises !!! please give them the appreciation and acknowledgement they deserve for being so kind and working so hard. they deserve the best !! because of these two men, i’m recommending my friends and family to reach out to this company for any help removing items from their home.
