Very straight forward about the process they use and the cost which was reasonable. In addition the staff are effective, efficient and courteous. Overall I was very satisfied with 1-800-Got-Junk.

They took my appointment 45 minutes prior to pick up. Excellent customer service from Jennifer on the phone taking the order to Ken and his partner in the truck pick up the items. It was quick and easy. They picked up the items then called for payment as we were off site.

Very prompt appointment (in 3 hours!) and punctual service. Would rate a 10, but seems a bit expensive.
