I only had a trash compactor that needed to be removed. Their base price is $177. That did not help me. They worked with me and gave me a lower price. Also, the employees who did the pick-up communicated well with me and were very nice.

Jay and Tim were great, they were professional and worked smarter not harder when removing our items. They were courteous in asking for permission to use an alternate route to remove our large items from small space.

Communication was on point. Instead of having to wait for someone to maybe show up during the appointment window, I got a got before the appointment window with an update, and then another shortly before they showed up with their actual ETA. Roman and Alex were friendly, professional, and careful while moving my stuff out.
