I was looking to get rid of a 3 seat sofa, not a particular difficult task, I live in a condo with my 8 year old *when he is not at his dad's and I drive a Prius. I was able to schedule an appt, have 2 gentleman show up, remove my couch in the span of 24 hours.

Guys were on time, and quick at getting rid of my old mattress and box spring down 2 flights of stairs. Everything was gone in 5 minutes. Awesome! Not sure if I would pay the premium price for junk removal, but the service was included with the purchase of my new mattress, which was great and saves me a lot of hassle.
