Good communication with company, answering questions about fees before the appointment, to confirm the appointment, and about coming early for the appointment. Great staff - professional, personable, and polite. One problem- a few tiles from steps to our driveway were accidentally broken off while staff carried down a round table top. Does your insurance cover a minor repair?

The team of 3 men were very efficient, and through. They did a great job of loading up my junk, some of it was quite heavy, and did an excellent job of sweeping up afterward.
