They are always on time. If you need to change an appointment, they are kind and courteous. The guys who come and take the junk away are polite, respectful and kind. After using this service at least 10 times, I don't think I have a bad word to say about any of their visits!

took the dead freezer away. BUT coming early was not good - I carefully schedule stuff so I can get it all done and luckily I had an adult sitter at the house that could pay you etc.
