Both movers were polite, professional and expedient; two extremely nice men. I was offered a very acceptable resolution to a pricing inconsistency. The prices I obtained online were substantially lower than the ones I was shown when I received my onsite estimate. The only unfortunate situation was that more than 1 truck was needed. The turnaround time for 2 additional trucks to arrive was 4 hours. The loaded truck needed to be returned to Calabasas and unloaded before they could return with the other 2 trucks.
