I liked the communication from the office after putting in my online reservation. Receiving a call from the team this morning about their status, estimated arrival time, etc. was a breath of fresh air, and then the follow up communication when 10 minutes out. Friendly, personable, and worked very hard and fast given the extreme heat. I commend them.
