Easy to book. Called with an ETA and asked if it was ok to arrive early. Got Junk team member was friendly upon arrival and remained masked while in my apartment without me having to ask. He confirmed the price of the job before he began taking anything away and he worked quickly and efficiently and was careful in our space. Just overall excellent service!

I have used 800GOTJunk a couple times now. First a few years ago now in 2022. Both experiences were very easy except prices have gone up. It's difficult to understand cost, and very unclear. with this said, there no committment until they arrive. it will at least cost $400 for a decent amt, the 1/8 $200 rate is basically one or two large boxes, size of a large refrigerator space. That was the only item I wasn't incredibly happy about. Knowing how much cost is before they arrive. Other than that, people are nice from customer service and ops, to the actual removal teams.

On time. Very professional and friendly workers. Good pricing. The recycling you do. The coordination your system has with its trucks and its recycling. Somebody put this company together right!
