Easy and convenient. If only you'd pay your employees enough to not illicit asking me for a tip. I wish I had seen the option quicker when signing for pickup. I would have tipped and now I'm left feeling guilty because you don't pay your employees enough. The two men were polite, courteous, and extremely friendly.

It's so convenient. The scheduling was so easy, I did it online, there were so many times and options available, and it was available for even same-day pickup (I didn't use this, but it's so nice that it's available.) Additionally, the two guys who came to do the pickup were extremely friendly. They unloaded a LOT of stuff out of my driveway in literally 3 minutes. They were really fantastic. I have used this service once before, and will definitely use it any time I need to get rid of a lot of stuff. Highly recommend!
