The young men who collect our items are very courteous, and fully explain the pricing criteria. They called ahead to let us know that they were delayed due to heavy a heavy pick-up schedule on our appointment date. This turned out to be only a half hour. They loaded our entire load in less than ten minutes and were off to their next customers. We also got a $30.00 discount as repeat customers.
