Prompt, quick, pleasant service — very convenient and trustworthy . When I’m very old — if I make it that long — I would even call 1-800-JUNK to have me removed.

Your staff, both on the phone and in person, are reliable, courteous, on time and efficient. My only concern is the cost. I've used your service two or three times and probably won't need it again for a few years. A senior citizen discount would be a nice inticement when I consider using your service once again. I didn't realize until recently that you donate and recycle whenever possible. I think you shoud advertize this information. It's a strong selling point to encourage people to use your service.
