They were prompt and polite. When they noticed that I was uncomfortable with the price they quoted, they mentioned that there's a 10% discount for people over 55. At my continued discomfort, they said "Are you on a budget? What's your budget?" I gave them a number that was over $100 less than what they'd quoted, and the guy said, "Let me check." While he waited for the response from TPTB, I was thinking about what I absolutely needed them to take versus what I could handle by myself. By the time I'd whittled down the list, he said, "I've gotten approval to take everything for your price." I said, "wonderful!" and they proceeded to do it, quickly and efficiently. They even closed the door when they weren't actually going through it, so my cats wouldn't get out.I've used your service many times over the years, and you continue to be my go-to.
