I have used the service at least six times in the past, and I have always been completely satisfied with the process from start to finish. Making an appointment on-line could not be simpler, and Ryan and Juan were personable and professional in loading up our junk and hauling it away (everything from a queen-sized mattress to an old hot tub cover to battered planter boxes).
