They called while on their way, were on time for pick-up and were very nice.

They where professional and understanding. They where up front and when anything was in question they asked.

I was very impressed with the communication from start to finish! The company kept me updated on the arrival time of the team. When the guys arrived they were friendly and professional . They respected me and my property and made sure to social distance. They were fast and efficient! I love that I can see in my garage again.

I received a confirmation call letting me know they would be late due to more time needed at their current appointment and I appreciated that. I received the next call as they were about 20 minutes out. They carried out all my junk and it looked like hard work but they kept at it. They were very nice and professional. I would recommend.

We had a Bagster scheduled for pickup from WM and of course it never was. Called Got Junk and within the hour, the Bagster was gone!!
