1-800-GOT-JUNK did exactly what they say they will do in their advertisement. They notified me of arrival time, gave me an estimate, collected all the "junk" I wanted gone, and cleaned up when they were done. Plus both company employees were very friendly and courteous. Doesn't get any better than this JUNK company. I will recommend to my neighbors and friends for sure!

I have hired GotJunk a few years back and again more recently. Both times I was treated like a friend, not just another job. Yesterday 10/27 was no different, Tracy called twice with ETA updates, inspected and provided an estimate of cost. Both he and his team member loaded my junk efficiently, offering to sweep the debris on the driveway, which they were not 100% responsible for!! I remain a loyal client, always quick to refer 1-800-GOT-JUNK!!

Totally great communication, above and beyond what I was expecting for customer service. Before hiring the company, I thought it was just TOO MUCH MONEY to spend to get rid of stuff. But watching this team work together with a GREAT attitude in spite of pouring rain and heavy, VERY dirty stuff, and seeing how thorough they were, I realized it was worth every penny!
