This is not the first time I have used 1-800-GOT-JUNK. My experience has always been positive. I made the reservation online. My appointment was confirmed by e mail and by phone. I was notified of their ETA and when they arrived I was give a contactless estimate. My belongings were loaded up. I paid the bill and voila, my troubles gone. The men who came to pick up were on time, efficient and very polite. I also appreciate how respectful they were about the property and the disposal of my things. Their names were Oscar and Brandon for which I apologize if I misspelled anything. It was very easy and worth it!

Will and Oscar did a great job! Very friendly and professional! We had several sofas that needed to be disposed of, they even swept away all the dog hair and dust that was left behind! Definitely would recommend 1-800-Got-Junk!
