July 19, 2023, 12:00 pm appointment ( Originally 12:30 pm appointment). In regard to earn a better recommendation, in the email, titled: " How did we do" , they incorrectly spelled my full name wrong like " Nicole Marquebiph," and over the phone calls and parked on the property ( It is minor complaint) My full name is spelled is " Nicolas Marquevich " . On the positive note, I would like to note four positive observations: first ( 1st), they called me for option of earlier appointment time, second (2nd), they went above customer service, bringing their tool, third( 3rd), they unscrewed a piece from item, fourth (4th), they gave me estimate over the phone based on what item(s) I was telling them to dump, which was honestly adjusted when I observed in person, fifth ( 5th ), they provided cheerful and professional customer service ( general), more than ready to help.
