They do call and make you aware they are running late, unable to make the appointment and do reschedule. Today, I get things happen. My rescheduled appointment didn’t show on their end. They called to apologize and rescheduled for later in the day. When they showed up, the rate provided was fair and removed my old stuff quickly.

Got rid of the junk that we have accumulated over a number of years. Your staff loaded it all up and took it away. Yes,I could have rented a vehicle for a lot less money taken the steel to a recycler myself and made money on most of what was taken. 10 years ago I probably would have done it that way but as life would have it we all get older and less able to move like we used to..
