Efficient, punctuality on time, task done on time and great customer service. I reserved the service online. On the next day I received text communication confirming the service and gave the time wind5when the service will be completed. On the morning of the junk pick I got a call informing team was on the way. Two you g man, David and Darontay showed to complete the service. Clear and efficient, based on the volume of stuff I would get charge. Darontay and David moved the staff quick and seemed so easy. I had some heavy items. Both this young men wore gloves and remained focus on the task. Asked every time before removing them. It was early Saturday morning, around 8 AM, still quite hours in my building. Both men, David and Darontay carried the stuff and no banging and no noise was heard. No neighbor was disturbed. I appreciate their job, efficiency, and the communication as a customer I wish rates were a bit lower but fully aware for the job, heavy task and how good is done.

Those two guys are absolutely terrific...polite, friendly and efficient. Give them a raise. If I have occasion to use this service again, I would consider myself lucky if the same two men would be sent.
