Everything was completed as advertised. A date and time window had been scheduled for the pick-up. I was called 30 minutes in advance of the pick-up to confirm the time the truck would arrive. An estimate for the service was provided after inspecting the junk to be removed, and even when it turned out that the estimate may have been low, the original quote was honored.
