I made a 'same day' reservation and the guys were really good about updating me on their arrival. They showed up, gave me the estimate and loaded up the junk. Took less than 10 mins, gave me a discount and that was it! Super quick and easy and friendly service.

They communicate effectively about arrival time, Michael & Joel were really professional & efficient and polite! They were exactly the team I needed. However, in watching them, I realized they were not equipped with the hand truck that can lay down to move items ! Get them that as well!

The employees were very friendly and arrived exactly on time. They were efficient and although the price was higher than I anticipated, getting rid of a dresser, a huge china hutch and some large items in my storage unit, it was worth it. I love my extra space!
