Provide quotes up front when ordering. Also don't charge the customer twice. The packers were very polite and courtious.

Jordan and his partner (sorry forgot his name) showed up promptly between time scheduled and called in advance to let me know how far away they were. They were very professional and friendly and introduced themselves on arrival. They inventoried what I needed to have hauled away and gave me my quote. They were able to haul everything away in approximately 10 minutes. I am very pleased and impressed with the overall service and will not hesitate to use 1-800-GOT-JUNK in the future and will recommend to all my friends and family as well if they have anything to get rid of.
