They were very polite. They did a complete walk-through, and identified all items that were to be removed. They worked very efficiently, and move 1 and 1/2 truckloads in under two hours. This was the best customer service experience I've had in over 10 years. I would recommend them to everyone I know that needs junk removal. Well done!!!
