Communication and customer service. From the estimate I was given in person to the people I spoke to over the phone to schedule my pickup. My overall experience was better than I expected. I was called by Bensen who asked if he could show up earlier than my scheduled appointment and I couldn't have been happier. Bensen and the young man working with him were extremely polite and clearwd my junk out very quickly. Completely impressed!!
