Everything was great. We received a call ahead of time to confirm timing, they were upfront and clear with pricing after assessing our items, and they were very professional and careful with the removal of items from our home. Finished in about 15-20 minutes. Both employees followed all COVID protocols as outlined on the website as well, which we appreciated. This is our third time using 1-800-GOT-JUNK and we will continue to do so going forward. Highly recommended.
