Easy to book. Pickup was easy. One comment: the driver called at 11 a.m. and I didn't hear the phone, when I got to it, there was no message. So I waited around the 11 a.m.-1 p.m. window. I called at 1 p.m. and was told the driver did call, and not hearing an answer, left for another appointment. The driver eventually came around at 2 p.m. which is not acceptable. He should have left a message for me to call back and they could have come at 11 a.m. Nevertheless I still think it is a great service and fair pricing. So I ended up tipping the driver and his helper despite my initial unhappiness of having to wait 3 hours for the pickup.

Easy to make an appointment, quick to respond and arrive when they say they will.
