I wasn’t impressed with the call center as she was reading off the book and not listening to my situation or what I was saying but lucky for me as I was canceling with her the cancellation didn’t go through and they wound up at my door and they were Fantastic! They listened to me speak and I believe they got permission from there manager to address the things that were important to me and the job was done . They were courteous and well mannered. It was a great experience.
