Consistency. I have used 1800 in 2 Bay Area counties — 10 x in Contra Costa and 5x in Solano. How many businesses can you say deliver a consistent experience — and this has all been DURING COVID when it’s hard to find workers.Other vendors are cheaper. I place a premium on proactive communication and consistent results.Plus — they sort items into landfill, re-use/donate, and decorate a Batchelor pad. One stop gratification.

Very fast response. Very friendly workers. Excellent efficiency in removing items. Every time we've utilized 1-800-Got-Junk we've gotten very friendly and efficient service. Definitely worth the cost.
