Fast and easy to get rid for things I no longer need! The two guys were great!

First time dealing with any junk haul company. Matt was great in scheduling the pickup earlier than planned, and Jeremy was great with picking up the junk. Everyone was super professional and friendly.

I ended up booking with another business before I ever called 1800. They didn't offer to give an estimate before showing up to haul away. 1800 gave me the option of having someone stop by to give a rough estimate. I like that your prices are what they are. The junk hauler I was going to use didn't have a way of quoting one price. I like your system. Anyhow when my original guy didn't show up for the 10am appt, and didn't respond to my texts until two hours later saying "I have you on the calendar for 1pm".I told him not to come and called you. the two guys were amazing and came the same day.

The two young men that were sent out were wonderful… They got it done they were totally organized… Work very well together… They were a pleasure to have help me… It was a very good experience

The men called ahead of time, when they showed up they explained the pricing for me. Overall they were quick, professional and efficient. They were in and out within 10 min.
