This was my second time using your service because I received such excellent service the first time, 13 yrs ago when I lived in Oakland. Even though that was over a decade ago, I received the same excellent service, but even faster!!! Yesterday's South Bay crew, Elijah, Alex, and Dean did a phenomenal job at my house in East San Jose! All I had to do was show them where all my items were and they removed everything in around 30 min! I was shocked because I not only had a full size bed and bed frame to be removed, but I had about 7 garbage cans FULL of recyclable cans, plastic, and glass bottles that I didn't even think they would have room to take, along with an old broken bike, and a large amount of JUNK! I didn't intend on using a full truck when I scheduled the service, but when I saw how quickly they were working, I asked them if they had room for a few more large and heavy items (an old desk, and some old wooden tables) and when they said they did, I was sold! When they told me they were finished and i saw how clean they left everything, I could literally breathe better! I was very impressed by how professional, friendly, and efficient, Elijah, Alex, and Dean were that I am already thinking about when I can reserve your service again! :) Thank you for doing such a a great job and helping me breathe better!
