My first time using 1800GotJunk. South Bay Team made it easy. Very professional and efficient, they contacted me a day ahead for items to be removed and scheduled accordingly. On the day, they contacted me again and let me know their arrival time window. They arrived earlier than expected and waited for me. They moved heavy furniture (2 bookcases, a dining table with 6 chairs, 2 end table, mattress, bedframe, desk w/bookshelf, some weights) from a third floor apartment with stairs only, and finished within an hours time.
