Timeliness on appointment scheduled. If possible will notify customer and adjust for earlier time if driver is ahead of schedule (no pressure applied to change original appointment time). We have used "Got Junk" several times, and have always found the drivers to be courteous and friendly. My son has even used him on our recommendations, when he cleaned out his storage facility. Quick loads with care taken to surrounding home areas. We will have another phase of the garage clearing in the next couple of months and will be on thee 1-800-Got Junk? calendar for that project.

The man who came to remove my junk was very friendly and professional and did an excellent job in removing everything quickly and efficiently. He was also very fair in the pricing.
