Made a special arrangement to send an extra young man out (3 total) to help remove a very heavy steel plate fireplace insert. The driver called each time to let us know they would be there within 30-45 minutes and showed up on time. However, you desperately need to equip at least one of your trucks with a lift gate to help avoid injuries when picking up heavy items.

They come on time. They are professional and friendly. They communicate well.
