Polite and professional employees. They called ahead that they were running fast and if I would mind if they showed up 30 minutes early.

Everything- from the enthusiasm and knowledge of the person I spoke with - can’t remember her name- to the promptness and excellent job Collin and Anthony did with the removal of our items, I am ecstatic. We could not figure out what to do with the stuff and the boys whisked it away so efficiently. It was heavy and bulky and now it’s gone. Yay!

The guys who came to get our junk were very kind, courteous and called ahead to see if it was OK to show up early (it was!). Wasn’t cheap, but it saved me a half-days work driving to the dump; which wouldn’t have been cheap either. So I’m happy! Thank you!

Great customer service and interaction with the team members

The guys arrived earlier than expected, were all very friendly, and had amazing strength as they loaded the truck (and all quite easy on the eyes, thank you). This was my first time using the service and I will definitely recommend it as well as use it again if I need it. I was so relieved to finally be rid of all that junk!
