They were clear and up front about the estimate and didn't begin taking our stuff away until we had accepted it. Most companies come in thinking it's a done deal but 1-800-Got-Junk made sure we were okay with everything. Total came in below top end of estimate even though we added a bunch of stuff that hadn't initially been calculated. The guys were professional, fast, and very thorough.
