The men arrived on time, were very pleasant and helpful, and did a great job. My only complaint was I was quoted between $100 and $200 on the phone to remove a king bed - the entire bed including the platform. I was told that the price would be finalized on the day of service. The price ended up being $288 - and it is what it is, but I would have appreciated a closer estimate. This was for one specific item - not a mysterious amount of items. But the service itself was great.
