I was super impressed with the customer service. I was given an appointment within two days and was kept up-to-date by phone, fax and text. As promised I received a phone call approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival. Kyle H. and Nate arrived timely with two trucks. We were quoted a price for the waste, which is calculated by truck space. If the necessary amount of space is less, the price is adjusted accordingly; if more space is required, the original estimate stands. We were happy with the price and extremely happy with the service. BTW, they picked up on a Sunday which was very convenient for us. Would definitely recommend.
