Everything was really smooth and easy. I scheduled this online and received a confirmation call for my time slot the day before service. The techs were friendly, courteous, and efficient. They adjusted the bill for me to add an extra item and knew how to handle it. The tech had a square device so that I could easily pay with credit card and add a tip. Great experience!
