The item was too wide to fit through a couple of doors, they took the extra time to remove the lid so it would fit. They took extra effort not to scratch my floors

I was having a new mattress delivered and was told they would take the old one. When they came they said they wouldn’t take it because it was a sleep number bed. I was in panic mode. From the time I called until the time they picked it up was about two hours. Amazing service! They didn’t blink an eye even thought it was a sleep number bed they had to take apart.
