Setting up the pick up was easy. The woman I talked to on the phone was polite, easy to talk to, and answered all my questions. The team (of 2) that came to pick up our stuff was very polite and very efficient. They even called in advance. My family will DEFINITELY use 1-800-GOT-JUNK again in the future!
