Leon and Ty kept me informed of the timing for the pickup. They arrived when they said they would. They were polite, knowledgeable, and attentive. They made sure I understood the charges. Even though the truck was already very full, they made a plan and worked hard to make sure that all of my items were going to get on to the truck. Leon and Ty were VERY careful not to run into my doors, walls, or doorframes. My furniture was very large and barely fit through the openings, yet they did not bump into anything at all. Another thing that made me happy was that even though I was clearly their last job of a long, hot day, and I had very heavy items, Leon and Ty never once seemed like they were rushing to get done or that my heavy items inconvenienced them. All of your teams should strive to be like Leon and Ty! I also felt the price was fair, and I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family! Thank you!
