The process was quite easy. The representative I talked with gave me several options for dates and times and explained the pricing thoroughly. They followed up with a confirmation email immediately and called later that day to ask if I was available for an earlier pickup. Great customer service.The driver called the morning of the scheduled pick up to confirm my service window and asked if I was available earlier. I agreed and they arrived exactly when they said they would. The crew was polite, professional, and very efficient.I was quite pleased.
