They were able to come a day earlier than scheduled, and then able to come 2 hours earlier on the earler day, so that was nice. Staff was VERY FRIENDLY and capable of removing my 150 pound Projection TV from the lower level, and taking it up to the front driveway. Lastly, the price was far better than other alternatives (unless I moved it to the front yard myself, which I would be unable to do without added help).
