Friday afternoon May 12, 2023 I called to check out how much and when your company could come and pick up our Junk. The gentleman on the phone was the best customer service I have ever had anywhere. He was great. He scheduled the pick up for the very next day 2-4 PM. That was wonderful. I was out watering plants without my cell phone when your Kay and Alfonso were in the area and wanted to know if they cld come. Since I didn't answer they came by the address and saw me outside. That was such a blessing. I could have hugged them both for making that extra effort. Kay and Alphonso were so friendly and made the whole experience calm and quickly. To think I was going to have to wait until 2-4 PM and there they were at 10 AM. That is going the extra effort! That is so wonderful to know that there are people like them still out there. We were able to finish cleaning the basement and now all is done. I would recommend your company and especially Kay and Alphonso. Again they were exceptional and friendly and efficient. If I wasn't 81 and had more junk you can know it will be with your company and would request Kay and Alphonso. But I am 81 and done with cleaning everything out. My children will find it very easy to take care of what is left. Again please thank Kay and Alphonso again for me. I could just hug them so much. Thank you for listening to me.
